Dialog – Hören (M2, M3)

Der Dialog dient als Einstieg über das Hörverstehen. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler hören den Dialog zweimal und gewinnen so einen ersten Eindruck von Struktur, Sprachmelodie und kommunikativer Funktion der If-Clauses. Gleichzeitig werden typische Redemittel im situativen Kontext vermittelt.

Lilly: Can you imagine what would happen if we didn’t have our phones? I would go crazy!

Jake: I don’t know… Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. If I didn’t use my phone all the time, I would feel more relaxed.

Lilly: I wouldn’t be relaxed. If I forgot my phone at home, I would panic the whole day!

Jake: But think about it! If we had no phones, we would talk to people more.

Lilly: No way! If I couldn’t text my friends, I would feel completely disconnected.

Jake: But if we spent less time on our phones, we would do more fun things outside.

Lilly: Did you say fun? If I went out without my phone, I would be so bored!

Jake: Not really! If you didn’t stare at your screen all the time, you would enjoy the world around you.

Lilly: I don’t think so. If I couldn’t check all my online accounts, I wouldn’t survive.

Jake: You totally would! If you tried a "no phone" challenge for one day, you might actually like it.

Lilly: No way! If someone took my phone away, I would freak out.

Jake: Wow, you’re really addicted! Maybe you should try using it less.

Lilly: Never! If I had to live without my phone, I would feel totally lost.

Jake: Okay, okay... But if you ever change your mind, let me know. I sometimes enjoy having some freedom.

Lilly: You’re crazy. Now, excuse me - I need to check my notifications!
